I am not sure if you will remember but you came to our school and did a class with us during our staff training. You were very motivating and you specifically asked me to work on doing something each week. That was very difficult for me at the time because I had recently gone through  chemotherapy and I was having severe side effects from a low immune system as far as respiratory infections and sinus infections so my exercise was limited. Having said that I really started to feel some what better around mid May and started very small with exercising. Doing a stationary bike 3 times a week. I was finally able to totally wipe out my last respiratory infection late June and since then have really taken control and have gotten into my exercise groove. The most exciting thing is that since mid May until now I have managed to stay on track (for the most part) with my exercising and eating healthy and have lost 50lbs! I also feel FANTASTIC!!
Anyway I just wanted to say thank you for being the first person to re-introduce me to exercise after my treatment and to some extent being a small little voice in the back of my head to really push myself towards taking better care of myself.

If you don't like the pressure & phoniness of a gym, come try Oxygen aerobics!!   

The people are the truest testiment to the success of this class. Everyone is genuine & truly cares about each other.  All shapes, sizes, & ages - all levels of ability - you can sweat as much or as little as you want!!  

All bodies are different, & energy levels can be different on any given day - the most important thing is that our bodies were designed to move!!  - come try one class - you'll be hooked!!!

Being part of Oxygen Aerobics is like having a personal trainer, in a group setting. LeeAnn is able to adapt routines to keep everyone happy and fit. In 40+ years of being involved in some form of exercise program, I have never been as pleased with the results as with "Oxygen"  LeeAnn is the best!Cathy

I have been doing at home exercise for at least 35 years.  I didn’t like the rigidness of having to be somewhere at a certain time or like having to leave my house to go to a gym. I tried several different venues but I never was impressed with the routines or results.  I have only been taking classes with you for a few weeks and already see a difference.  You do the appropriate warm up, and your routines work on every body part and then there is a great cool down exercise period.  You know how to motivate your class and make sure each person is working up to their potential, and not so much for their age but for their ability.  The class is very diverse in age, weight, and ability yet you managed to prepare a program that is right for each us by giving instructions for the same exercise on different levels of difficulty.  You are careful that we do not get injured which shows how knowledgeable you are about physiology and health issues.  Most of all you add so much life and energy to your routine that it makes exercise a lot more fun than I can ever get from my home exercise program.

I discovered Oxygen Aerobics 4 months ago.  I was never one for "exercise" classes...after a few classes with Lee Ann - I was hooked!  Lee Ann is a great instructor with a watchful eye who provides constant encouragement along with constructive feedback.  She has helped push me out of my comfort zone and I am proud to say that I can now do exercises in class that at first seemed impossible.  Everyone in class is very supportive.  I would encourage anyone who has ever felt uncomfortable about exercising to give Oxygen Aerobics a try.  The class has the right mix of camaraderie, intensity and fun.  I look forward to every Oxygen Aerobics session!!    Karen

Almost five years ago, I signed up for an Aerobics class through the Worcester Nightlife program called "Oxygen Aerobics". I was very self-conscious and fearful that I may not be able to keep up with the routine. From the start, I loved Lee Ann's Oxygen Aerobics classes. They are fun and so rewarding. Since taking Lee Ann's classes, I have found that my body is more defined and I am so much more comfortable in my own skin. I would highly recommend this class and the instructor to improve and enrich both body and mind.
